What is the Daily Quote?

With the Daily Quote, you'll receive a short insight every day that speaks to a core theme of Waking Up, carefully curated from within and outside of the app. The easiest way to receive the Daily Quote is via push notification, which you can opt in to in your account settings, but it’s also available as a widget or via email.

From your mobile device, tap the Menu icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen → Notifications & Reminders → Daily Quote. Select the method you’d like to toggle on, and, if receiving through push notification, select the time window in which you want to receive the Daily Quote.
