What is the Real Attention Challenge?
A set of 14 daily challenges designed to sharpen your attention through real-world practices that depart from the familiar structure of formal meditation. Each day follows the same structure of: Listen, Act, Reflect, Track. You'll be presented an idea and then asked to put that idea into practice. Following that, you'll reflect on the experience and track your days in a printable calendar. You will need to commit approximately 10 to 20 minutes per day (or more) from February 1st to February 14th.
