How do I stop the challenge emails?

There's an opt-out link in every challenge email, and you can also manage your email notification settings in the hub at reset.wakingup.com. Opting out only removes you from this email list, it does not affect your Waking Up subscription, your other email notification settings, or your access to the challenge hub.
