How do I cancel my subscription?
For subscriptions through Apple App Store
On your mobile device, tap the Menu icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen → Subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription or make other changes there. Note that your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
For subscriptions through Google Play Store
Go to your Google Play Store subscription management screen on your phone to make changes. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
For subscriptions through web
Under 'More' you'll find your 'Account Settings'. In the settings list go to 'Subscriptions.' You can cancel your subscription or make other changes there. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. If you are still having trouble use “Contact Support” to send the Waking Up team a message. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
