Can I use meditation to fall asleep?
Yes. While it’s important to remember that the primary purpose of meditation is to help you recognize certain truths about your mind, the reality is that meditation and sleep aren’t separate paths toward presence and clarity; they’re complementary—good practice requires good sleep.
We had this in mind when we added the Sleep feature to the app. The feature offers two paths to better rest—Sleep Talks and Guided Sleep Meditations.
