I purchased a subscription but can’t see the details in the Apple or Google Play app stores. What’s going on?
You might have purchased your subscription with an email different from the one connected to the app store. Try logging in using another email account and see if it solves the problem.
You may also have purchased your subscription on the web. If so, you can manage your subscription via our web app at wakingup.com.
